Appointments and Timeliness:
At Solé Spa Wellness Center we are committed to your well-being inside and out! Therefore we take your treatments times very seriously.
-If you are a new client please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time on order to complete a new client intake form.
-We understand that things come up! If you find yourself unable to make it to your appointment please notify us within 6 hours. If it is after business hours please leave a voice mail for us.
No Shows / Failure to Notify:
Due to our booking process and the demand for our services, failure to notify us at least 6 hours prior will result in a $25 cancellation fee on your next appointment or billed your credit card on file with us. This fee applies to no-shows as well. If you fail to notify us 6 hours in advance or no-show while redeeming a gift certificate you forfeit the entire value of the gift certificate.
If you are running late please call us as soon as possible to notify us. Due to the nature of the appointments and services, being any more than 10 minutes late could lead to your appointment being rescheduled or your treatment time being shortened. Running anymore than 5 minutes late for an airbrush tanning session will result in your appointment being rescheduled.
Children on Premise / Related Services:
For the comfort and relaxation of you and all our clients we ask that you leave children younger than 10 at home. We also recommend that you do not allow older children to accompany you to longer appointments as they will not be able to stay with you during your treatment and we are unable to watch them. Children ages 13-17 may receive spray tanning, facials and certain waxing services with parental authorization. Please call for details.
Product Return Policy / Gift Cards & Certificates:
We will gladly accept unused and unopened products for a full refund within 30 days of purchase with the original sales receipt.
Gift certificates are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Sole Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. Gift certificates are redeemable only for services rendered, not for cash or products. Gift Certificate purchases are to be made in cash, credit card, or debit card. Gift certificate purchases can NOT be made with other gift certificates ( IE: Spa Finder, Wellness Week, or Spa and Wellness Week) and or checks NO REFUNDS on Gift Certificate purchases.
We NO LONGER accept any 3rd party gift cards, we appologize for the inconvenience.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and personal checks. Returned checks carry a fee of $35.
